WHAT IS CEREMONIAL CACAO?
Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that comes with a whole host of physical, mental & spiritual benefits. In addition to being one of the world's biggest superfoods, cacao is psychoactive & can therefore assist us in connecting to our most intuitive self as well as the world around us in a more grounded, blissful & present way. Cacao can help us have more clarity and focus containing substances such as theobromine (cardiovascular stimulant), PEA (‘love chemical’), anandamides (‘bliss chemical’) & MAOI’s, all of which help us to feel happier, more creative and energised.
The term, ceremonial grade cacao, suggests the cacao being used is of the highest quality & minimally processed with the intention of being used for physical, emotional & spiritual healing.
WHAT IS OUR APPROACH?
Becca is a qualified Cacao Practitioner through Keith's Cacao & specialises in the therapeutic use of ceremonial cacao. Keith's Cacao is the world's finest ceremonial grade cacao & as a result, it is an incredibly powerful plant medicine that can support therapeutic healing, creativity, spiritual connection, physical energy levels & more. All our cacao ceremonies involve a variety of activities including meditation & mindfulness, visualisations, ritual, nature & seasonal connection, spiritual contemplation, space for reflection & sharing, intention setting & creative exercises such as journalling, creative writing & making artwork.
Becca is also an Arts Psychotherapist (HCPC registered) & our cacao ceremonies are therefore always trauma-informed, person-centred, safely contained & inclusive for all. In addition, Becca offers cacao-assisted psychotherapy as well as cacao ceremonies, which you can find out more about here.

If you're looking to deepen your connection with cacao, we offer private ceremonies for individuals, couples or small groups. Whether as a one-off ceremony or as a collective of sessions, we can support you to feel the healing benefits of cacao both as a ceremonial tool and an everyday superfood. Our private ceremonies can also be used to mark an important occasion such as a wedding/civil ceremony,
hen-do or stag-do, pregnancy & birth, naming ceremony, graduation, seasonal celebration, retirement or the passing of a loved one.
We can also travel to you and your local area for an additional fee, please contact us to discuss further.
